The Ezell house, built in 1887, is in the historic district of Eatonton Georgia, just 3 short blocks from the courthouse square.

The house was featured on the cover of the 1994 Guide to Georgia's Antebellum Trail.

The Proprietor – Shelagh Fagan

In 2004, after over 30 years in Corporate Information Technology, Shelagh Fagan decided to retire and share this historic house with others as a Bed and Breakfast enterprise.

Shelagh was born in Liverpool, England and relocated to the USA in 1976. She is active in the local Historic Preservation Commission and the Eatonton Better Home Town program.

She and her husband, Keith Rowell, own a condominium in Atlanta, Georgia which Keith uses as a base for his web design work and robot building activities.
